Wow! This is a truly amazing pendant necklace handcrafted by a very talented artisan. Nothing is more precious than a mother with her baby. The concept of this necklace pays hommage to all those wonderful moms, new moms, and mom to be out there. In the wild, the babies are especially protected as they are much more vulnerable than in a human environment. The emotion is very clear in this piece and the artistry is really breathtaking in this mother and child pendant.

The pendant is solid fine silver and very substantial. The color has been added with resins by the artisan herself. The framework has been antiqued to a bluish silver color to offset the silver of the two zebras. Silver with copper beads, along with carnelian chips, black onyx beads and Bali silver knot beads finish off this one of a kind pendant necklace. Very African, very tribal, very memorable, very unique, a true work of art. Very wearable art!

The necklace is approximately 18" and the fine silver zebra pendant is almost a square 2" on each side.
