This piece is truly amazing. Not only is it absolutely stunning, it is also extremely light and comfortable to wear. A vintage African Brass focal bead, wood, dyed and inlaid red bone beads, Turquoise, Swarovski Crystals, Sponge Coral, and Carnelian beads all come so interestingly together in this truly unique pendant necklace. The focal bead is a vintage African Brass bi-cone with fabulous patina. It's topped with a round Sponge Coral and 4mm Swarovski crystal in fire opal, and secured with a a porcelain turquoise bead below. At the base a very pretty wood bead hangs flush so you can see all the beautiful patterning in the wood. Up on the strand, two different units repeat: Turquoise heishi surrounding wood wheels, and dyed red bone beads from Nepal with inlaid Coral and Turquoise or brass surrounded by olive green coconut Heishi. More Swarovski crystals in fire opal divide each group and add lots of fire!
Clasp is an Indian double hook in copper. The necklace is 18" long with the pendant dropping down another 2 1/4". Absolutely handcrafted and one of a kind. This artist has a truly amazing talent!
